Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a digital service purchased through the Platform.

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of project initiation. Requests may not be entertained if significant work has already been completed.
  2. Refunds are processed within 5 days of approval, subject to review of work already completed.
  3. Custom development work may not be eligible for refunds once significant progress has been made.
  4. If you believe the delivered service does not match agreed specifications, notify our customer service team within 5 days. We will review and take appropriate action.
